- Execute and verify division orders, ensuring accuracy in ownership calculations.
- Review title documents, maintaining accurate records based on title opinions, conveyances, probate documents, and other legal instruments.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in revenue payments related to interest ownership.
- Communicate with operators and royalty owners to confirm ownership details.
- Interpret, review, and manage oil and gas leases, assignments, and contracts.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience highly preferred.
